People living around the Junction area referred to the area from the Administration Building to Warrington Ave. as the Hollow. Normally just the ROW for the 44-48 routes to get to Beltzhoover, there was often other activity in the Hollow; the P&CSRR ran to an incline at the top of the Hollow. There were a couple buildings that had various uses near the top of the Hollow. Scrapping of PCC cars was done in the Hollow. And County Fair cars would be staged on a loop in the Hollow.
